Our Origin.

artiga is a spin-off of Buechele. Buechele Stations Doors is a family-owned company founded on craftsmanship and traditional roots. A saturated market and growing competition boosted the redefinition of the company aim within trade and industrial projects. A vision, manufacturing high end tailor-made designs rooted on the company tradition on craftsmanship and capable of delivering highest levels of quality and reliability to meet international demands.

 

Our Services.

An entire product line was conceived engaging with existing partners able to added value of crafted designs and manufacturing processes. Platform screen doors (station doors) that integrates in automated transportation systems in complex, high demanding environments, such as international airports, that require highest levels of safety, reliability and maintainability.

Expert of Engineers and a worldwide knowledge network of operative personnel and technicians servicing transportation systems contributed to the design ensuring that the owner and the end user needs were addressed.

A product line meant to carve the future has to be sustainable. It has to go beyond the station door design, its aesthetics and functionality, it has to reach the product lifecycle from design through maintainability to disposal. Designs consider environmental and responsible use of materials and presents recapture plans to the asset owner. Ethically sourced raw materials used in designs that provides for extended lifespans ensures that the environmental footprint stays as small as possible.

Our Track-Record.

Millions of passengers have gone through the station doors in Sheremetyevo International Airport (Moscow, Russia) since they were commissioned for use right on time for the soccer world championship held in summer of 2018. Since then, the system operation reports that engineered solution has a record of 99,96 % uptime or system availability. As the station doors also serve to segregate land and airside passengers of the international airport, secure, traceable, remote recovery and troubleshooting capabilities identified as cornerstone during the design phase are today key during the operation.

In 2022, passengers will board the Luton Direct Air-Rail Transit (Luton DART) in the United Kingdom after going through the Buchele Station Doors. The solution will display enduring quality through a renovated design. It integrates improvements derived from a thorough analysis of the performance and feedback provided by the operator in Moscow bringing benefits to the owner throughout the product lifecycle.
